St. Joseph's Art & Wine cordially invites you to join us for our Dinner Auction on February 2, 2013 in Dillon Hall.
This year's event timeline for Friday February 1 and Saturday February 2 is as follows:
- Friday 12-4pm - Open silent auction. Anyone can bid during this time whether you have purchased a ticket to the event or not.
- Saturday 5:30pm - Cocktail hour, Cigar tent, and Silent Auction begins. You must have purchased a ticket to bid at the Saturday silent auction.
- 7:00pm - All silent auction sections are closed, cocktail hour ends, and cigar tent is closed. All guests go to Dillon Hall to be seated.
- 7:30pm - Prayer, Dinner begins to be served. Live auction will begin shortly thereafter, no later than 8:00pm.
Ticket sales are now closed. There are a few extra tickets remaining for $75 each. Please contact Danielle Rhodes at 539-1030 if you are still interested in attending.
