St. Joseph's School cordially invites you to this year's Art & Wine Event -
Pearl of Great Price
The night will feature some of the Tri-Cities finest wineries, microbreweries and catering. Please join us for our Dinner Auction on Saturday February 1, 2014 in Dillon Hall.
This year's event timeline for Friday January 31 and Saturday February 1 is as follows:
- Friday 12-2pm - Open silent auction in the Parish Activity Center. Anyone can bid during this time whether you have purchased a ticket to the event or not.
- Saturday 5:30pm - Cocktail hour, Cigar tent, and Silent Auction. You must have purchased a ticket to bid at the Saturday silent auction.
- 7:00pm - All silent auction sections are closed, cocktail hour ends, and cigar tent is closed. All guests proceed to Dillon Hall to be seated.
- 7:30pm - Prayer, Dinner is served. Live auction will begin shortly thereafter, no later than 8:00pm.
Tickets are on sale for $60 through December 20, 2013 and thereafter for $75 through January 17, 2014. A limited number of tickets are available for advance sales at St. Joseph's Parish Office (509) 586-3820 and School Office (509) 586-0481. Tickets are also available online at www.stjoesartandwine.com.
